Born from pen and paper, this bench began as a series of sketches exploring form and proportion. Those ideas were then translated into wood, refined by hand, and shaped into a simple piece where surface and material align.

The Kado bench is handcrafted from 100% European oak, chosen for its strength, natural grain, and warm character. It’s finished with a neutral oil-treatment that preserves the wood’s tactile surface and allows its texture and subtle variations to remain visible.
