Behind the materials

  • Each piece is thoughtfully designed, its materials carefully selected and the final shape skilfully crafted to create something distinctive - the pieces are one-of-a-kind you won’t find anywhere else.

  • Yes - all pieces are designed and handcrafted by fyne. Natural materials, such as oak and other woods, may have variations in grain, colour, and texture. These differences are part of the character of each piece, and that’s why each piece is unique.

  • Yes - we are happy to work with you on custom pieces. Get in touch via the contact form with your idea, preferred style, and dimensions to discuss the possibilities.

  • Yes - fine-art prints are signed and numbered depending on the edition. Other physical objects may feature a subtle maker’s mark, impressed or stamped into the material as a signature of their origin and making. Details about editions, material, and finishing are provided on the individual product pages.

  • The materials used vary from piece to piece. Where possible, we select materials based on quality, longevity and responsible sourcing, while also considering how they complement the setting and environment they will be in. Specific material information is provided on each product page.

  • Yes - we offer shipping to selected countries. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Reach out in case your country is not shown at checkout and we will do our best to find a solution.

  • We process your order within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type and size of piece ordered. Estimated delivery details are provided at checkout. Custom works are subject to separate agreements.

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the packaging, shipping label and damaged item. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to find the best solution.

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with our policy within 14 calendar days of delivery. Because some custom pieces are made to order or produced as limited editions, certain items may not be eligible for return.
